Shipping Policy

At Das Rose Garden, we take special care in packaging and shipping live plants, flowers, and gardening products. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping process.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. Delivery availability may vary based on your pin code and the nature of the products ordered. Certain remote areas may have limited courier access, and additional delivery time may apply.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, festivals, or sale events, processing may take an additional 1-2 days. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.
3. Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
These timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Das Rose Garden is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 999.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate of Rs. 79 for orders below Rs. 999.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Live Plant Shipping - Special Handling
Important - Live Plant Shipments
Because we ship live plants, which are perishable goods, all sales are considered final once the order has been shipped. Plants are living organisms and may experience minor stress during transit, including leaf yellowing, wilting, or minor damage. This is normal and the plant will typically recover within a few days of acclimatisation in its new environment.
We use specialised packaging with breathable materials to minimise transit damage. Each plant is securely wrapped and cushioned to protect roots, stems, and foliage.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order through the courier partner website or via your Orders page on our website.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if a plant is dead on arrival, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must include:
- Clear photographs of the damaged plant(s) and packaging.
- A photo of the shipping label.
- Your order number.
Submit your claim by emailing dasshuvankar470@gmail.com. Claims submitted after 24 hours or without photographic evidence will not be eligible for resolution. For more details, see our Refund Policy.
8. Undeliverable Orders
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability (after multiple delivery attempts), or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges. Live plants that perish due to failed delivery attempts cannot be refunded or replaced.
