3. Products & Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We strive to display accurate images and descriptions; however, live plants may vary slightly in appearance due to natural growth patterns, seasonality, and environmental conditions. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order via our accepted payment methods (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, or Cash on Delivery where available). Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment verification.

5. Live Plant Disclaimer

As we deal in live plants and perishable goods, please note that the appearance of the plant you receive may differ slightly from the images on our website. Variations in leaf count, colour, size, and shape are natural and not grounds for return or refund. We take the utmost care in packaging; however, minor leaf damage during transit is expected and does not affect the long-term health of the plant.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only. Das Rose Garden is not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final once the order has been shipped. Claims for damaged or dead-on-arrival plants must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. For complete details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Das Rose Garden and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Das Rose Garden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
